Surgery Today
Patient heavily sedated. Three + hours of surgery. Three pins and a wire wrapped bone. The pins will need to be removed in 6 weeks. The wire is permanent. Hard to say final outcome but arthritis is guaranteed, mobility is uncertain. Cant work the tendon till the pins come out. Possible joint fusion.
