Treat for the avid -slash- unlucky visitor. Last week I posted a pseudo-rant and then within four hours removed it. I am ashamed to find that a couple people caught the window. To you, I apologise profusely. I was really not talking about you. I was angry with people who would not be reading my blog anyhow. Seriously. Phew, now that we got that cleared up.
So Happy Fourth of July! We did some fourth-y stuff. We met Johns parents in the park mid-morning to let the kids play various fourthy activities. Lucky it was overcast or we would would have truly melted. Saw the light show with a spectacular view. Thanks, Larry and Shannon for throwing an awesome, casual, incredibly fun gathering. Im taking notes for party perfection. Although, we may have overstayed. Got home after midnight, they pulled out Rock Band in the last hour and my kids(me) just Had to show off their newly aquired skills. Thank you, Thank you.

We are glad you stayed and you never have to worry about overstaying at our house. 4am comes around quickly when you are playing Rockband. We're glad you had a good time. It was great to have you here and plan to do it again soon...maybe as an adult only pary this time.
