The question has been asked: WHy is John raising worms? My short answer (because I am not the one who has researched and cared for these "pets") is that they are good for our garden/yard. We have incredibly rocky clay soil and worms are natural aeration, composting devices. Please direct further questions to my obscure-hobby seeking spouse. The real question should be Why am I awake at 2 a.m.?
