Consumer BURN

Eva has been saving her money for months and finally had enough to purchase a waco bamboo which is a usb device she can use to make her art on the computer.  We found a seller on KSL and drove 45 min to west valley city to pick it up.  As we were driving away we noticed that it was not the device he had advertised instead of it being the top of the line one (capture), he had give us the cheapest (create) or vice versa and there was no software in the box.  We called him and went back and got the software and came home.  Then we realised there should have been TWO disks. We got the software to use the device but he did not give us the adobe/photoshop software that was supposed to come with it.  So, she can use it but we don't have the awesome programs.  What a jerk.  I don't know if he did it on purpose but I called his cell phone today and left a message explaining the problem.  I hope he will do the right thing and give us the disk or some money back.  We have resigned ourselves to the fact that we got the cheapest type rather than the awesome one.  Poor kid.  She is disappointed.  I will NEVER let my kids purchase something off KSL ever again.
