We tagged along to with John to his conference in Anaheim. We did not want to go back to Disney so soon. (we were just there last November) So I did a little research and came up with a pretty awesome itinerary of Free activities.
First day: We dropped John off at his conference (booo) and visited the California Science Center. We spent at least four hours there and saw almost everything before we were just too tired of walking.
It was a great day. Three cheers for FREE!
On the way back to Anaheim, our GPS died. I FREAKED out. We were on one of a million freeways when it died and I had no idea where we were. I was in panic and near tears, taking deep breaths and muttering to myself. Based on the free way exits we passed (north and south options) I determined we were heading east and wanted to be heading south east so I got onto the next freeway headed south and then the next one headed east and kept on this way - completely guessing until I saw the Crystal Cathedral which was blocks from Johns conference and got off the freeways and drove toward it. Not until we picked up John did I finally relax. Whew. That was scary for me.
