just a taste
A couple years ago my friend Melissa told me that teenagers clam up and become all non-responsive. I said, "No Way, not my Barak." Not in one million years. So, Whats the opposite of non-responsive? Hes going through some -changes-. He's suddenly noticing things that have been there all along and gone way over his head. (I.E. bad scenes in movies, TV, bad language, nudes in art, behaviour of people around us) His emotions are all over the place up/down/confused. And so far the chatter continues.... "I feel funny, I feel sad but I dont know why, My friends are all freaking out and I cant understand them. One day were friends, the next day we're enemies. I don't know why I cant get this out of my head." ect.. I know this is just the beginning, the very tip of the beginning. John was reminding me last night that since the kids are all two years apart we are in for the next 12 years of Teenagerhood. HELP.

There is light at the end of the tunnel. When they get to be about 17 or 18, they turn into people again. At least you have a boy first that can get you ready for the girl-teenage-nightmare--they are worse! Good luck!
Hey Crystal I was just blog surfing and I noticed your book shelf. All of the books on your shelf are included on my favorites list. Great minds read alike.
Good luck with Barak, I thought teen boys were easy, but I am hearing otherwise, yikes.
