Cause to celebrate

We passed our 13 year mark on Saturday, after conference, work, and priesthood session John and I snuck out of the house at 11PM to enjoy the valley view and reminisce our time together. My own memories of Life Before John are garbled, confusing, ethereal, and Im unclear if they really happened. I try not to focus too hard. In contrast, I remember clearly each stage of the last 13 years together. We wondered how much we have changed from our former selves. Much, and then, not so much. Im just happy that unlucky 13th year has concluded! It can only get better. Just kidding Its been a good year.
PS who knew that the temple lights turned off at midnight? We really are getting old.
