Clever vs. Smart

Guess which Roach child won second place in the School spelling bee.

Clever: Opted out by misspelling peer -on purpose- so they wouldnt have to stand up in front of the school. (Child noted they had to be careful not to spell it correctly since you can spell it different ways.)
Smart: Went 25+ rounds with the first place winner. Finally mis-spoke and won a walmart giftcard.
Clever: No fair. If I had known there was money involved I wouldn't have gotten out!

Typically, the "facilitators" couldn't bother to write the winners name on the certificate. Three letters!
