I was beginning to think that this post was not meant to be. I've finally stolen a moment to think (at what cost? we'll know in the morning)
Guns blazing: *I Believe that intercourse outside of legal and lawful marriage is a sin. *I Believe extra-marital intimacy is offensive to our Heavenly Father and destructive to our society. * I Believe that our Heavenly Father intended intercourse only between a Man and a Woman lawfully committed to a marital relationship. Would I deny a person who is attracted to their same gender the emotional and physical intimacy of intercourse? YES. (well, not me personally intervening, but I disapprove) Just as I would expect a righteous unmarried person to abstain from intercourse. *I believe a perfect, loving, and just Heavenly Father will bless those who follow his commandments with every blessing whether in this life or the next. 1Ne.3:5 (Yes, I'm going out on a limb here to presume my readers are all familiar with the gospel because I dont know many people who are not. If you happen to be a random stranger, why are you reading my blog?) Before the election the church re-stated their position on the subject. *I believe they had a moral obligation to do so. I dont feel like getting into a freedom of speech or separation of church and state argument right now but I could if anyone wants to push the issue. So far, I've stated what I Believe. If you disagree with me, write your own blog. Really. I'd like to read it.
