dirt
It surprising how much dirt we brought home from camping. The kids were hurled straight into the tub when we got home. Too bad I did not take a pic of Samuels face. He must have had ash on his hands because his face was black with fingerprints all over. I sent him to the spigot at least four times during breakfast. That kid's a pyro in training. He spent the entire time next to the fire. No need to worry about him wandering off. Junior on the other hand found a secret fort. So secret, I never knew where it was. He did return intermittently. The girls had a blast with all the other kids from the ward. There was an issue last night trying to keep boys out of our McMansion while the girls were trying to play cards. So, I kicked them all out. We werent prepared for the overnight COLD. We shivered all night and listened to children in other tents. So thankful we dont have a baby anymore. Our kids might have awoken the whole ward. They got up around 6ish and took 20 min getting dressed and shoes on to get to the bathroom. We kept hushing them and telling them to keep their lights low but soon, the rest of the ward was awake. Hm. Wasnt us.
