Turning four was so important to Junior! He's been working on it for MONTHS. I decided just last week to throw him a friend party. There are so many kids his age around here. We narrowed it down to 10. Against any judgement I stayed up till 4AM Monday night cleaning, prepping, and sewing these ADORABLE pirate hats for the kids. Actually, I only sewed three (really only takes about 20 min per hat) and then I realised that if I finished the other seven, it woul be Party Time with No sleep, so I went to bed. Surprise, the party was a SCREAMING BLUR. Im trying to decide if a day, a night, and a day of prep time was at all necissary. The two show-stoppers were the Pirate Wars: throwing cannonballs at the other team, and the baloon sword fighting. Not too much prep there. In my sleep deprived fog I forgot to take pictures. Newsflash... four year old boys dont care how adorable they look and do Not spontaneously pile up and cheese.

Happy Birthday, Isaac! The party sounded like lots of fun. Cannon ball throwing and sword fighting...sooo cool!
